On the Journey Home is the newest recording of Peace Together. It includes many favorites that we have enjoyed sharing over the last 10 years. The release of a CD on our 25th Anniversary inspired our director to request a special song be written in celebration of all the wonderful years together, and dedicated to the spiritual journeys we participate in together.  The song is called "On the Day We Journey Home' and was written by Sarah Hart, a very well known and celebrated Chrisitan artist and composer.  We hope you will enjoy exploring this newest collection:
