Hospice Memorial Service for Cleveland Clinic Hospice

Join the Cleveland clinic Hospice chaplains and staff as they welcome family and friends of former hospice patients, to remember and celebrate their lives.  The service will take place at the Bath Church of Christ on Bath Rd.
